Dish Creative Cuisine

Located in the Uptown Design District, Dish Creative Cuisine was known as one of the better restaurants in Palm Springs. The former home of the historic Don the Beachcomber, the restaurant was located in the Twist building on North Palm Canyon. Although the innovative restaurant is now closed, its décor, crafted by H3K Home+Design, communicated a speakeasy vibe where locals tended to gravitate in droves. The underlying concept of the overall restaurant design was a modern temple devoted to food. Mid Century modern elements were mixed with a contemporary vibe and architectural shapes changed throughout the space. Lively and free-spirited circular forms in the front of the restaurant morphed into more angular shapes in the main dining room, adding more concentration to the dining experience.
